The Davie County Rescue Squad is a non-profit, volunteer-only organization that serves the County of Davie in many aspects. There is only one rescue squad in our county. Some of the responsibilities of the rescue squad include:

• Providing Emergency Ambulance Care
• Extricating trapped persons in wrecked vehicles
• Administering emergency care to the sick or injured
• Organizing search and rescue teams
• Stand-by for community activities
